With over 20 years of experience in recruiting, workforce strategy, and professional placement, Amber Schleinkofer founded AS Talent Advisors to redefine how companies and candidates experience the hiring process. Under her leadership, the firm has grown from a start-up into a trusted recruitment partner serving manufacturers, builders, and organizations nationwide.
Amber has led more than 500 successful placements across the U.S., helping companies strengthen their teams and professionals find work they love. Known for her insight, transparency, and relentless follow-through, she builds lasting partnerships grounded in trust and results.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys time spent with family and friends, especially when a great meal is involved, and cheering on her daughters and their friends in their many club sports and school activities.

With more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and workforce strategy, Jenna is a dynamic leader in the talent acquisition industry and a recognized voice in her field. As Vice President of Talent Solutions at AS Talent Advisors, she partners with clients to design scalable, data-informed hiring strategies that strengthen teams and drive results.
Jenna blends innovation with insight, leveraging market analytics and deep industry knowledge to help organizations overcome complex hiring challenges. A member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, she is passionate about elevating the conversation around strategic talent acquisition and shaping the future of workforce solutions.
Alison Freistroffer
Operations & Support Manager
Alison serves as Operations & Support Manager for AS Talent Advisors, where she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling and daily operations to coordinating client and candidate appreciation, she ensures the team has what they need to stay on track.
Outside of work, Alison is also a part-time preschool teacher. She enjoys cheering on her daughters at tennis matches and dance performances and spending time with family and friends.
Gretchen Schleinkofer
Creative & Digital Design Specialist
Gretchen plays a key role in shaping the visual identity and online presence of AS Talent Advisors. She supported the design and development of the firm’s website, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience for clients and candidates alike.
From creating the AS Talent Advisors brand and logo to developing cohesive marketing materials, Gretchen’s eye for design and attention to detail have helped establish the firm’s professional and approachable image. She also manages digital content and social media design across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, driving engagement and enhancing brand visibility through thoughtful, consistent storytelling.
